Roma Duplak serves as a senior vice president and
a founding member of The Breckenridge Group. During her ten year search
career, Roma has functioned as a senior recruiter on hundreds of search
assignments covering a wide variety of functional disciplines within
the financial services industry.
Roma began her career with D.E. Foster Partners Inc. where she began her career in 1992.
While serving as a Managing Associate in Foster Partners’ New York office,
Roma functioned as one of the principal members of the firm’s Banking & Investment Services search practice.
Over a nine year period, she carried out dozens of assignments in the areas of global markets, project finance, structured finance, corporate finance, credit risk management, and operations/financial administration.
Her client base included a wide range of institutions in the banking, insurance, and securities fields.

Managing Director, Head of Private Placements-Structured Finance; Managing Director, Head of Tax & Asset Based Finance; Senior Vice President, Emerging Markets Sales;
Head of Credit, North America-Global Markets; and Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions; Managing Director- Global Head of Credit Exposure Management; and Managing Director,
Head of Structured Telecommunications Finance – Americas.
Prior to her association with Foster Partners, Roma was affiliated with The World Bank in Washington D.C.
where she was responsible for translating documents and functioning as a research assistant for the Board of Executive Directors.
Fluent in several Eastern European languages, Roma earned her B.A. degree in International Politics from The American University in Washington D.C.
